~ Standard Package: Outdoor Tented Patio

Seated Reception: up to 220 guests
Cocktail Reception:  up to 300 guests

To accommodate large receptions, for the summer season a 40’ X 80’ tent is erected on a solid surface patio surrounded by gardens and overlooking the Highland creek. The tent is a clear span structure, which means there are no interior poles to take up needed space or unsightly exterior wire supports. It is fully equipped with lighting, ceiling fans, power outlets, and a dance floor. Customized clear walls of the tent will allow for spectacular scenery even if the walls are closed. A small stone cottage at the end of the tented patio houses the washrooms. A bride’s suite is made available in the MLH for the bridal party. Your guests will enjoy free parking. All facilities are wheel chair accessible. We offer exclusive use of our venue to all our clients.

Special Occasion Permit

~ Full package: Outdoor Tented Patio & Principal Rooms

This package will allow you to enjoy MLH venue to the fullest. In addition to the standard package it offers the use of the Principal Reception Rooms of MLH. The house with its beautifully restored interior and antique furniture will definitely add charm to your event. Bring your family photos and make it your home for the day. The house is air-conditioned and provides for a supplementary cocktail reception area.
